1. I have been using airtel dongle since april 2019

   I was not informed properly by the airtel outlet representative from palakkad nurani branch.

   I am not able to change postpaid combo sim plan after 3 months( as they informed it is possible )

   Now i am not  using airtel for internet facilities since september but i am helpless that i am suspended my services and charged even after no use

   What to do??

   My main ported sim is also suspended (9400667566)

   Please do the necessary waver in favour of me and help me and also please save customers by providing proper information
