With respect to above subject I am writing this regarding the zee5 subscription plan. I recharged my prepaid no. With Rs. 349 on date, 21 june 2020 at the time of recharge, benefits which were mentioned in application were additional benefits of Amazon prime video subscriptio as well as zee5 prime membership for 28 day. It was clearly mentioned that membership is for 28 days and no other terms and conditions. As I am checking today I found that I do not have subscription for my Zee5. And when I tried to cantact with customer care of airtel, the representative keep repeating only one sentence that Zee5 subscription was till 12th july only and you will not have the subscription for the further remaining day. I tried to get conclusion on that but representative refuse to give any conclusion on that and directly told me that I can complaint it anywhere and nobudy can do anything about it.
So please do the needful.
