Hi
I am writing this to inform you on the following.
1) My previous plan was 299 – 50 +GST which comes aprox 295.
2) Plan was for six months
3) My previous plan got expired and due to current pandemic most office were fully or partially non functional
4) Had ventured to Vi store couple of months back and was promised to initial the process. This was tentatively in the month of Aug
5) As nothing transpired had visited in the month of September.
6) Dates were 22 and 26th or 27th September. On 22nd they had informed that request was shared and it would reflect while downloading Vi app. As my plan was still reflecting 299+ gst had revisited.
7) 27th they informed that your discounted plan will reflect from next month which seemed as a confirmation to the undersigned.
8) Today when I walked into your store at Palarviattom staffs who had attended said the offer is no more applicable from October month. Another representative at the store had a different version stating that discounted plan was withdrawn from September onwards. On further enquiring, who had previously attended the same issue had a different version stating plan was withdrawn from September. If such was the case why that was not informed in the first instance itself.
No response from either representatives.
I would appreciate a revert on this and hope there would be a positive response.
