Placing a complaint about the Airtel number 9731767182. I am Meenakshi D.S Using the Airtel num 9731767182 I was using this Airtel number from past 2 years I was satisfied with Airtel service but in the case July 6th 2021 98Rs for 12Gb data package and couldn’t able to use complete 12 GB. Mean while I reacharged again with 98Rs package and 26th July 2021 in that also I couldn’t able to use complete 12Gb. I was using 1.5Gb data package which was 249Rs and I had a little work and I needed a unlimited data package were I reacharged 251 Rs 50Gb data after that I was out of station for 10 days I not used the data mean while after that I joined PG where I was using WiFi Connection for 10 more days and toady I was plan to use my mobile data where it is showing u have 0Mb left and couldn’t use it so I thought of of reaching Airtel by customer care number where I was not able to found the option so I thought to place a request for PORT and received a call within a 5 minutes from the number 8046929910 where a girl called me she was asking about the reason for PORT that girl was not ready to talk to me and she was asking for some more days to give me resolution for my problem where i asked for perticular time period she disconnected my call and the same time I called again she was not ready to resive my call and please give resolution for my problem with in a day or 2 because I spent nearly 600Rs in 1 month where I could get postpaid connection with unlimited data. Please do needful work and take action on the person who called me. Thanking you Meenakshi
