I placed an order for a silver nosepin based on an Instagram interaction with Krishna Rathi of Shilpshaala. They were very active on Instagram until then and responding well on messages. But since I placed the order on July 11 and sent ₹850, they’ve gone unresponsive. Not checking messages or answering call/email. When I came here, I see that there’s already dozens of complaints about this page.
