I placed an order with Myntra (Order ID: 1308933-0286183-1794203) on 5th September 2025 for a Columbia wallet. Order was never confirmed, money was not refunded, and the wallet was never shipped. Despite multiple follow-ups, Myntra has only sent repeated delay messages without providing any clear explanation or resolution. This order was meant as a birthday gift, and the delay has caused both financial loss and inconvenience.
