ordered from FourSeas over a year ago and paid in full, $7,091.00. After they didn’t deliver on time I followed up towards the end of last year and indicated that I’d be willing to wait until April of 2022.
At the beginning of July I requested a refund, and was ignored for weeks.
After I finally got ahold of a representative, I received an email confirming the amount to be refunded on 7/29.
On 8/9 they indicated they needed 7-10 more days for the refund.
On 9/9 they acknowledged receiving my BBB complaint and again promised refund.
I never received any merchandise and at this point I don’t know how to get my money back from them.
