Hello sir, I had placed an order on pizzahut on 15th August 2022. Order included one paneer pizza, one mushroom, one onoin and one corn. I had placed order to my adress that is Kalyan west near deepak hotel. Order got confirmed. But at time of delivery, delivery guy asked to take order from kalatalav(1.5km far from my order delivery location) but I visited that place and got my order.
Now When I opened my order in my home, I saw one of the pizza that is Mushroom the costlier one was not there and place of that, there was an onion pizza cheapest. Also the taste was not upto the mark and also pizza was stale.
I complained pizzahut regarding this and shop owner told me that sorry for inconvenience, I will serve you whole 4 pizza again just takeaway. I visited pizzahut and then she refused to give 4 pizza and that was so imbarrasing in front of everyone like we are beggars. PIZZA HUT is worst. Even I called pizzahut care for 100 times but still I didn’t get my issue resolved. Kindly help
