Worst ever customer support and arrogancy on enquiry. Initially after sending photos of Baby they were showing off too much care and Good replies on Pics and appreciation. But after couple of days when I just enquire them about customer reviews and online feedbacks of previous members, They start blaming me only that I don’t know have any knowledge how to check online, and don’t have any sense to enquire.
Even after that when I made a telephonic call to (so called) other head person. “I said so called because immediately within seconds that lady knew what conversation I had with other employees” word to word.
And that Lady only try to argue that I’m checking wrong platform and she is not bound to give me answers to my questions. And further added “We have lawyer and everything who check these things, and we are perfect”.
Just for enquiry about shoots and time duration, all these arguments wereade from “Pixie Talent”. That’s the talent they had. And cut the call
