I ordered the Pigeon 14913 Electric Kettle with Bottle (Order ID – OD428803609113615100) for Rs.709 on August 5, 2023, and the delivery date indicated by Flipkart was August 7, 2023 at 9:00 PM. However, I did not receive my merchandise on August 7, 2023, despite the fact that the order status indicated that it has been delivered. So, I’m perplexed; either the delivery agent did not call me, or I did not receive a notification from your Ekart staff regarding the product delivery. However, the manner in which the product was supplied perplexes me. I would need you to verify with your logistics team to see how the merchandise was delivered and when they had any documentation of delivery (phone conversation or picture). I have already mentioned this issue with your consumer support team, and they have advised me to wait until August 12th, 2023. I don’t believe I can wait merely 24 hours, and I’ve already lost faith in Flipkart and, worse, your customer service.
Similarly, on July 26th, 2023, I ordered PUMA Ever FS Casuals For Men (Order ID – OD428717615929895100) for Rs. 2,784 and returned it owing to a size fit issue. The delivery agent, on the other hand, did not contact me and was not even checking the product. He simply cancelled my return request two times. Then I contacted Flipkart customer service, and the delivery agent picked up my order and authorised my refund request. Regardless of Ekart’s goods delivery service, there is no such hope in Flipkart.
