Hi i have ordered online branched watch worth rupees 1749 in brandstry.com and i am getting local watch without any guarantee card and its back cover is also broken..so need my full money refunded on my account..also there is no contact no available in this site which customer will contact..only mail contact is available which i have already sent complain but no request no received..
