We ordered an Office chair worth Rs. 5280. the order was delievered on 5th Sept , unfortunately it was wrong product. We requested pickup, rather we’ve been trying to contact them almost everyday. They just send us a message delivery boy will come and pick up, we call them multiple times but nobody picks it up.
It’s been over a month now. They don’t pick the product and didn’t give my money back.
We try to reach them every day they just tell they’ll pick it up. But they don’t . It’s been so many days. I want my refund
