issue for order id 407-8720537-0320341

received a call from amazon for address..and he was infront of me..i told him here please..
have video footage where i handed over him the watch..he rotates the watch..sees scratches..sees model number and box..
packs it again and goes away..
since there was no update from amazons end..i called amazon customer support at 17.41..
i received call from +442030140221..
the conclusion was it will be updated by the end of the day dont worry

the incoming call was received for 14 mints..
in this guy says me that the product is dummy..
i scolded him and told to give to supervisor he played tantrums and told i took vaccination and all and i told i need the watch just now any how..how can you say its dummy..
he told the product will be delivered to you tomorrow morning by 10 a.m..

i called amazon customer service and informed them that this all has happened and he is telling me all this..the lady told i have mailed the delivery team dont wry..product will be delivered to you tommorow morning..
this call lasted for 22 mints..and she told amazon will investigate and dont wry..

i received a message from amazon..stating that the shipment has been rejected at your doorstep..
which is false product has already been picked up by courier partner at 16.10 hours and how can amazon send me this..

i called again to amazon at 19.05 which lasted for 38 mints.. +442030140221
i told them about the scenario..the phone attendant had transfered the call to the investigation team..while he was on call..the amazon guy who picked up the parcel came at my shop with the box and i opened the box and told him this is not mine product..
he told this is yours and he called someone and he showed me photo..i showed him this is series 5 44mm i have given you series 7 45mm..
you have bought used product and charger is also duplicate..if you have taken the parcel..give me my original parcel..
he stayed here and was shivering as the executive was on call and i told him that he has played a game..

in the morning..i am a seller too on amazon since last 6 years..
i called my pickup hub person and insisted help from him..he gave me number of some jaihind bhai 8879445916..
i explained him entire scenario..he told okk send me on whatsapp..
i shared everything on whatsapp..he concluded that you have to come to reay road hub whenever we call for evidence..
he called me at 13.46 i was there at hub by 13.55 approximately..
he mad me sit for a long time..than some guy came and they called me inside..watchman has taken my number for entry..you can verify..
i showed them the clip..
they took alot of time and concluded to mail to amazon,,which i did infront of them i called to amazon at 14.58..and told the executive that i am in your hub..
and see they are telling me..
they blamed amazon stating that no clear information was provided to pickup guy while pickung up this parcel..
i told that matter is yours and his..its expensive product.. from 16.10 to 18.35 you take guarantee of this product that he hasnt done anything..
he has cheated..
he uses apple pro airpods and he doesnt have idea of watch..
atleast he has idea of new and old and therefore he took the return watch without any hesitation as it was new..if it was used he would have informed me..or would have rejected the return on the spot..
i left from there..i was sitting with my wife..
they told bring the watch which amazon guy returned you..i called my friend and he bought the watch and showed them..
as it took along time..i told i am going to have food and work..they told once the pickup guy comes you need to be there again..
i told fine..just after 15 mints after leaving i got a call that the pickup guy has came please come..
i reached to the hub again..
where the pickup guy was there..
he told that i doubted therefore i gave a call to vikas..i dont know who is this vikas..
vikas old to bring the shipment to hub..
vikas says he has informed him that he has doubt on the product and he had given him a call..but no proof is there..
vikas says there were scratches and the pickup guy says i got a doubt when i say black panel on watch..
in the footage from my camera..it clearly shows i showed him..what are you checking this so closely??\
if there were scrathes it would be visible to you from far also but you are looking so closely because there are no scratches..if there were scratches why didnt you informed me or informed amazon instantly..you didnt do it because there werent any of them..
he was showing all the recording but not the main recordings..
i had a word with some head over there..he told i just want to confirm with you one thing..
i tolod please ask me..
he told amazon shipped you 45mm watch correct..
i told yes..
your issue is of colour..i told yes..
pickup guy took the watch from your office..i said yes..
but in return he gave you something else..i told 100 percent..
he told yes i just wanted to know this..that the pickup guy hs picked up series 7 45mm and returned you something else..i told yes exactly this is the matter..
he told me if you want to goto police you can go we will support you as even we doiubt this guy..

its sleepless nights for me sir..
i am following up this matter so much..with each and every evidence..
and that person is roaming freely..
