We booked new mobile “Motorola g8 power lite with exchange offer ASUS MAX PRO M1 MOBILE”
Old order I’d : – OD219635577815433000 (pickup boys check my Asus mobile and says all ok and remove tempered glass now we remove now again pickup boy says pls spend 250₹ for change back cover so we denied why spend 250₹
Pickup boy denied for give me new mobile and go …
Now we raise a complain on flipkart (HELPCARE PERSON NE MUJHJO BOLA THA appKE PAAS BACKHEND TEAM SE KOE AAYEGA OR MOBILE CHECK KARENGE OR appKO SOLUTION MILEGA LEKIN KOE NHI AAYA MOBILE CHECK KARNE KE LIYE OR ORDER BHI CANCEL KR DYA ) but complain again and again resolved SR without solution.
Again we booked new mobile as per discussion with flipkart person Ashish (KK) (ASHISH NE KHA THE app 4 BAJE SE PAHLE ORDER KR DO OE WHI PICKUP BOY NHI AAYEGA OR appKO NEW MOBILE MIL JAYEGA EXCHANGE OFFER ME)
NEW ORDER ID : OD219667412156283000. (again booked)
My question why not checked my mobile and why cancel my 1st order id OD219635577815433000
