I installed a Jio fiber connection there after I cancelled it but according to their policy they give refund in 15 days but still after more than 20 days They didn’t even come to pickup my router, when they pick router they take bank details and the refund come in 7-8 days. I daily call customer care but they book appointment of engineer visit but no body call me and they don’t come to pick up router. What should I do now I call a jio fiber executive he is at HR post mr. Kishor singh Bisht his no. is +918058334333 he daily says I will pick up today but he does nothing. I want my refund kindly help me.

I have the same problem at Hyderabad. whom do we approach to get our refund. Jio is cheating customers. fraud
