Hello,
This is Sapna Kanade – We ordered MILTON PRO COOK KITCHEN JEWEL SET OF 3 (Sold by- Retailez PVT LET) Amount Rs. 1749/- (Order ID- 403- 9883900-6830728) By mistaken it’s got ordered 2 qty which we want to return 1 back. immediately we raised the return request, but no one came till date as it’s been 15 days more. And we are trying to connect with the customer care, but no proper response and they are dropping the call unnecessary. This is unprofessional way and treatment from AMEZON platform which has totally surprised us. Still date no pickup happened nor we got any call regarding the same case. We want the refund in my bank account which is mentioned in the amazon shopping app.

Being MNC organization this case is really not good at all. The way your customer support team drop the calls without giving any satisfied solution or any kind guidance…really ridiculous service by AMEZON team. Very very much disappointed.

Hope by writing this to AMEZON, some gentle Man or a Women will read me genuine complaint & refund my money back urgently.
