I would like to informe you that i had conversastion with one of your exicutive which is also ended without any result.

This is to inform you that i am facing very bed time these days because of your faulty system and faulty information provided by your customer care team.
i bought a air conditioner from flipkart which is not working properly so that i raised a return request. In continuation of this process a currier boy come to my home and picked up my air conditioner without giving me any kind of receipt. he told me that the details of pickup will be reflect into my flipkart account but even after 4 days it is not reflecting.
i intimate you through call this incident on 11 june on the same day of pickup but no resolution is provided to me regarding this.
As i mentioned that i paid all the amount of ac and installation to you on 3 june 2021 but still i am waiting for my product and its became very frustrating for me.
Further,
When i talk to customer care helpline they start giving me timeline for updation and all. Sir we already paid the money but even on this not getting any kind of service please try to understand my problem and deliver my product on the earliest.
I am very worry now that my order may be missplace or maybe flipkart does not want to give me any kind of compansastion for the same. that’s why i am writing you as my last hope after that i should file a complaint of fraud.
kindly do the needful as soon as possible so that i can have the good treatment for which i already paid to you.
