Dear Sir,
I am unable to redeem my balance from the Paizapay wallet. I have uploaded Rs. 5900/- on 14th Nov 2018 with my registered mobile number 9052233478. Since then I see the redeem amount in my balance but could not recharge/pay bills/transfer the amount to my bank account. request you to kindly help me in getting back my amount.
