Hi there i requested a closure of wallet on th 12th of feb 2023 they stated with 5 days it will be processed later i didn’t receive any proper response so rasied another ticket on 17th of feb as i didn’t receive a response immediately now they are saying the ticket which i raised on 12th Feb is duplicate and they will consider 17th feb ticket as original now its been 12 days i escalmy issue i have not given a resolution every time i request a manager call back i get feedback it will be arranged but i never received one yet its month end i need to pay some bills they are holding up money there not following government rules. I need some serious action to be taken again them plz help with ticket id 250747170 and ticket id 249535259.
