I had deposited Rs3950 (UPI) in my Phonepe Account wallet on 12/01/2023. After that i came to know that the withdrawal option of wallet was not available so i had to close the account on that same day itself. They told me that the amount will be credited back to source (Bank account) within 24 hours. So i waited but there was no response from their side. I raised my issue through customer care support. They told me that there was some technical issue so i have to wait more and assure me that i will get the refund.Till now there is no response and i didnot receive the refund.
