Respected sir,
My name is Mr.Faruk Taiyyab Maniyar and I have registered with phonepe wallet with full kyc and the registered mobile no. with phonepe wallet is +919158076168. I want to raise a complaint against the phonepe wallet company refer to the above subject. Below are the details of the complaint,
I had done one transaction of add money in my phonepe wallet of Rs.10,000 on 1st march 2019(06:17 am) and the transaction was failed shown by phonepe wallet but actually amount of Rs.10,000 was debited from my account so, I raised a complaint to phonepe regarding the transaction( Transaction Id-P1903010616594860824869) . After that they had created the ticket no.51389396 and said that amount should not have been debited for this transaction of Rs.10,000 kindly contact your card issuing bank and raise formal complaint to retrieve the amount.
On 6th march 2019, I had raised a formal complaint (CBI #2818130) in my bank to retrieve the amount. After investigating bank has clarify that the transaction was completed successfully and amount has been debited, transaction is successfully represent by acquirer bank on date 14/03/2019. Even that the phonepe wallet is saying transaction was failed and not adding amount of Rs. 10,000 to my wallet or refund to the bank account.
I kindly request you to take appropriate action on phonepe wallet company regarding the above concern and help me to get my money back. I have attached the proof of reply from the bank in reference to my complaint. Regards,
