Have made a transaction using PhonePe app on 27th July 2019 at 2.43 pm in a Hospital Thirumala Clinic in Hyderabad, as the status for the first transaction with Transcation ID P1907271443296044984722 was unsuccessful but the amount of Rs.1158 was deducted from the account ******8919 (UTR:920814231228) neither received by the receiver nor refunded. And for the 2nd time, the transaction was successful. Regarding the unsuccessful transaction have contacted the PhonePe customer care, as per their information the amount was successfully transferred to the receiver after 3days, have checked with the receiver but they said they not received any amount. Have raised a complaint in Phone pe, but no use, its been 15 days no amount was refunded.
