I had done one transaction using phonepe app. I transferred 48000rupees to my dad’s account .The tranaction id of transfer is P1902101019549906412330(date:10 Feb 2019 time:10:19am). It has been now 10 days amount is not credited in receiver’s account.
So as i consulted the phonepe but they suggest me to consult your bank and apply for chargeback form but when i consulted them . They said there is no such kind form you should consult phonepe. But asking phonepe their are saying you go to bank.They just making to here their but not showing a solution .
