I paid my electric bill amount of 4053inr to WBSEDCL via Phonepe app on 3rd Dec, 2021. But somehow my money got debited from my bank (Union bank, AC no: 591002010013883), but never reached my electric office (Transaction ID: T2112030920240340688648, UTR: 133740627041). When I submitted written complain in both Union Bank, Bagnan branch and Electric office, they confirmed the money got stuck in phonepe payment process. It has been almost 5 months that I have been trying to get my money back. I have submitted complain in NPCI too. Please help, I’m in big trouble.
