i have recharged my JIO mobile number from JIO official site with 399 by using PhonePe payment mode. i have used my HDFC credit card for this transaction, once i have given my mobile number and amount of recharge and HDFC credit card details and submit. i have received Rs 399 has been used from HDFC credit card but my JIO mobile number is not recharged successfully. i have reached out to JIO cutomer care and Phone Pe customer care both are stating it is there fault vice versa. finally i have lost my 399 rupees. till now my money not refunded.
