I had done one transaction using phonepe app.I just transferred 500rupees to a shop on UPI barcode .The tranaction id;P1902041521396633846108 (date:4 Fab 2019 time:3:21pm), at that time there is error the error was pending transaction. then i have done one more transaction from other application the second one was successful at a time but the transaction of phonepe application was still in pending condition but after three days the transaction is successful then i went to shop .
The shop keeper is not ready to accept that the transaction is successful. So as i consluted the phonepe but they suggest me to consult your bank and apply for chargeback form but when i consulted them .
they said there is no such kind form you should consult phonepe. But asking phonepe their are saying you go to bank.They just making to here their but not showing a solution.
