Dear Sir/Madam
We had made transactions via PhonePe to a phone number, which is linked with Maharashtra Bank, Mumbai. However, on checking with our Source Bank, they tracked the transactions to be credited in someone’s SBI account in Dhenkanal. Hence, we are writing this to seek your help, as it looks like a case of fraud that has happened via PhonePe.
The amounts have been debited from our account and have not reached the correct beneficiary in Mumbai.
Request your help and co-operation with this matter. It would be really helpful if PhonePe would take responsibility of this error and could reverse us the amount.
We would be glad to share more clarification wherever required, to support our case.
