I done an upi transaction from my sbi a/c through phonepe app in 27/April/2021 , Amount debited from my account, but in phonepe shown (payment failed debited amount has been credited) but amount not credited. Then I was raised a complaint on phone pe (rised a ticket no:130009511) they replied me wait till 5/5/2021 amount will credit to your bank a/c, after may 5th amount not credited. I contact SBI customer care 2 time & direct Kodungallur branch 1 time, but their reply was not satisfied to me,as a customers. They told me phonepe is a non SBI app they can’t do anything for me. They told me to call phonepe customer care ,till now 67 days ago but didn’t receive my money… …
