My transaction of ₹5000 done via PhonePe app account to a Paytm payment bank Account is showing success but the money is not credited to the beneficiary. I contacted the the source as well as the destination bank and both have refused to look into this matter saying that “Since this is not a direct bank to bank transaction therefore we cannot help”. PhonePe is refusing to entertain a help ticket saying they have received confirmation from the destination bank. The recipient’s bank account as well as the paytm payment bank Account both show that the transaction was not at all success and there is no money transaction done. What should I do?
