Phonepe is charging extra for online mobile reacharge(example: if a mobile recharge pack is Rs.199/-, phonepe charges Rs.200/- or Rs.201/-, similarly, if my electricity bill is Rs.412/-, phonepe charges Rs.413 or Rs.414/-) which is fraud, unethical, wrong practice and can be called as extortion. Where as, Gpay simply helps me pay my bills as mentioned in the bills or even does my recharge for the same recharge package as mentioned by the service provider.
