Phonepe has blocked my primary account for no reason. I am a regular user of phone pe and I have 2000 rs wallet balance. The call centre is also not aware of the specific reason and main issue phonepe charge extra money collected every time on mobile, rental, bus ticket that time not mentioned any rules phonepe. customer care person are not speak Telugu language. TV and YouTube ads was Telugu language. I am not any fraud on phonepe. so i request phonepe unblock my account as soon as possible. if not possible pls refund my wallet money in my bank account.
