My transaction250 was done via phonepe account to phonepe account but money is not credited to beneficiary.I contacted the source as well as the destination uco bank and both have refused to look into this matter saying that”since that is not a direct bank to bank transaction therefore we cannot be help” Phone is refusing to entertain a help ticket saying they have received confirmation from the destination bank. What should I do?
