Text of Complaint by Raju Uma Mahesh:

This is Uma Mahesh , I hold an Account in Bank of India ,Neredmet,Hyderabad.My customer ID is 194685080, Account number is 864110110018272. I wrongly credited 5,000 on 25/11/2021 (Thursday) through phonepe due to some fraudulent activity , which I realised later and went to Bank branch on 26/11/2021, early morning 9:30Am to inform this and know if this can be traced and somehow this can be reversed.i was told that they will revert by evening. ( So lethargic approach, I guess such complaints to be treated on priority ) Don’t know why comman man treated so casually?
Unfortunately ,I got no response from the branch till now . My Transaction details are as Attached
