I closed my phonepay wallet account containing 1000rs today and in the app its showing they have successfully refunded me. But i haven’t received any money till now. Since I’m in an urgent need of my money i tried to contact their customer care, but then got to know that i can only send them messages that are premade by them and i cant to talk a real person. I’m attaching the conversation i had with this robot which ended up being totally waste of time. I’m also attaching my bank statement and phonepay transactions history as proof.
