I have booked and purchased Redmi Note 7 (Space Black – 64 GB) on dated 04.06.2020 by paying Rs. 2999/- (Payment ID – 326164701) online by from my bank a/c (Order No. PDS9949). I got confirmation mail and message of Ankit Jain (mail ID:donotreply@payumoney.com) and mobile purchased mail from help@phonedeals.co.in (Merchant ID – 12540417310781; Merchant Transaction Identifier – 12540417310781; dated- June-04-2020 02:07 PM).

But till date I didn’t get any information/confirmation that my Purchased Mobile Handset is Out for Delivery. I have all the proofs and evidences with me. Kindly deliver my Mobile or Return me my Money immediately or else I will go to consumer forum/court.
