I own a Xiaomi Poco X3 Pro phone, which i bought in June 2021. It has still 2 months warranty left. My phone suddenly switched off and did not switch on. I went to the Mi Authorised Service Center. They checked it for physical damage and told me that my phone is water damaged, because the Liquid Damage Indicator(LDI) had changed its color! They say that POCO X3 Pro is SPLASH PROOF, then how come its LDI change color if it hasnt been dropped in water. They are asking me to pay full charges of repair instead of being in warranty. This is pathetic service. THEY DONT HAVE TRANSPARENCY WHILE CHECKING FOR PHYSICAL DAMAGE THEREFORE, LDI COULD HAVE BEEN EASILY TAMPERED.
