Bill was paid on 23/6/20 and I have sent airtel a copy of my bank statment showing payment, The Transaction id is 2006323158616. They promised to resolve this by 18/7/20. Today my outgoing facility has been disconnected. Phone no 9841025546, complaint no . 31-3181073158724. The phone no of airtel nodal officer and airtel appellate is switched off.
