I have a similar complaint. I have ordered a mobile case for POCO F4 5G from phone scape website(https://phonescape.shop/) for Rs.230/- and now I have received wrong product and I am totally not satisfied about it kindly give the correct product or refund my money back.
The website doesnt contain any contact numbers to call and ask the reason for such a mistake and the policy states return within 5 days of PURCHASE!… the delivery is made only after 5 days
