I said I had not sent any shipment. They asked me to come to Mumbai to raise a complaint with the Cyber Crime Department. I questioned why I needed to go to Mumbai and said I would raise a complaint with the Tamil Nadu Cyber Crime Department instead. They insisted three times that I confirm whether to forward the call to the Cyber Crime Department for online complaint registration. I agreed, but after waiting for 2 minutes, the call disconnected. They said they would call back but did not.
