I GOT A MSG FROM AIRTEL A.P. STATING THAT PACK VALIDITY FOR MY PREPAID NUMBER 87…….700 mobile connection will expire on 27/11/2018 unless i recharge using RC 35.But when i took the pack it had lifetime validity and i still have INR 300 balance. Why is this change of plan without intimation.That too the validity of the pack is 28 days if i recharge with RC35.That means every 28 days i need to recharge?
