I have recharged for 99 and still the recharge is not done. when inquired they said i have wrongly recharged for the jio phone pack rather than smart phone pack that is rs98. to which i agreed to forgo my 1re if you can change it to 98 plan they did not agree. i am here not asking for the refund nor something for free, but this resolution is not customer satisfying. i have been calling since morning nearly 10times. all the time they disconnect saying you will get a call back. request# MR0000JLUA8M. my hard earned money. i don’t know what will they even get with that 99rs but an unhappy customer.
