I have made a Phone Pe transaction on 13 Feb 2019 at 7.00 AM IST using my Bank Debit Card (Visa) linked to Phone Pe. Transaction Amount Rs.529.82 payment to Hathway Broadband. Transaction has been failed, Phone Pe history says that the Amount has been refunded and credited to VISA card, from which the payment was made. Infact, the amount has been deducted from my bank account and i have not received any refund as mentioned in Phone Pe. While i raised ticket using Phone Pe App, the information is of no sense. While i spoke to customer care +91 124 6789345, on 13 Feb 2019, at around 6.50 PM IST, the executive says that the system is down and he is unable to view any information about my transaction, asks me to call after 3 hours. It’s been almost 12 hours, the transaction has been done, no refund status yet. Looks like PHONE PE is ENJOYING the CUSTOMER MONEY for a week and offering the peanuts as benefits/cash back offers like a pet cookies. Phone Pe customer care executive is unable to explain whereabout the money being parked, he claims that money is not with Phone Pe, and not refunded to my account. The question is WHERE DID THE MONEY BEING PARKED? and HOW LONG?? is that RBI guidelines to Phone Pe to keep the customer money in the CLOUD :)??
