I recharged on various moblie numbers,recharge amount deduct from my account but recharge failed.
I complained it 3-4 times to phone pay customer care but they make me fool every time.
Every time they gave me a new resolution dates but can,t resolve.
My deducted money could not refund from last 15-20 days
