My number is suspended due to Auto pay deactivated; I was paying all my bills on time
even though my number was suspended on Monday. I have registered the complaint for the
same on Monday (28th April) they confirmed to me that maximum time is 48 hrs. However,
it being more than 48 hours and there was still no solution. When I call consumer care, they
transfer my call to senior management, and it is on waiting continued till 30 minutes after
30 minutes it will automatically cut.
I have been tense for the last 2 days, I am unbale to make payments and calls. Just tried to
understand my situation. I am not receiving any calls or MSG.
If there will need to reactive auto pay, I will not do the same as OTP will receive on same
number and all my services already suspended
