Dear Sir
My son has bought me a mobile Samsung S8 from USA. By selecting the mobile network as jio my internet sim is getting registered with the network and it works fully. I can make calls and can receive them. But when I insert any Airtel 4G sim. it does not work. when I try and select mobile network as IND airtel it hangs and does not get registered. I am not able to go out these days. Can you help me and tell what setting is to be done to run Airtel SIM. What setting should I check ? Thanks in advance for the help.
