I have ordered my iphone 13 on 23 December 2023, and today is 16 January 2024, my phone is noy delivered and i have also paid the money before delivery, they are not responding to my messages on whatsapp or on mail, customers call are blocked for everyone. I lost my 45000 rupees

I have commented about itradeit platform on 16 January that they had not delivered my iphone, but 36 days later i got my iphone with good condition. So i want to delete previous comment from here as it can affect them.
