Neo 7 was ordered from Amazon paying 35249 and Amazon failed to deliver. They sent empty old one plus box. We raised complaint to their customer care on 12 and they told 18th they will refund. But whe. I call today they are telling we cannot refund or we cannot deliver the product. And customer care is abruptly cutting the call. They are cheating us on my hard earned money. I need justice.
