I recharged my airtel number 9566099715 on December 2020 and have been following up with both the nodal officer TN email as well as Airtel Facebook messenger to activate my number to receive SMS.
I had recharged with Rs.2498 which has 365 days validity. But I am unable to even connect to a network and receive sms. I don’t need any international roaming as I get unnecessary spam calls. All I need is incoming SMS.
Airtel Messenger Support said I need an account balance of Rs.200 for me to get SMS. If that is the case, I requested them to move my Rs.2498 plan to Rs.1498 plan which has the same 365 days validity and move the balance Rs.1000 to my account balance. They said they will do it. But till date nothing is being done and my airtel network is inactive.
I request you to move my Rs.2498 plan to Rs.1498 plan as both have the same validity of 365 days and transfer the remaining Rs.1000 into my account balance. I need my number to become active and connect to the network and receive SMS!
