I have just recharged my Airtel prepaid no. 9771222812 with Rs. 399 unlimited pack (ref. transaction no. 190430662928). This was done through the MyAirtel app and money has been deducted from my bank account. I got a message that the transaction has failed and my pack has not been credited. I have tried to call customer support but can’t get past the automated response and talk to someone regarding my problem.
Please refund my money and investigate the problem.
