I have order on 31st may 2023 which was delivered on 5th June 2023 but when I opened the parcel the seal of the mobile box was broken and the phone was missing only mobile safety coven and charger was inside. had informed the customer care about it and they said the complain is raised and by 10 th june they will let me know the solution.on 10th june they said nothing is wrong from there end it is not there problem and cant help me with. i called them again and tried to explain my problem but they were rude and didnt bother to help me. pls put a senior investigation team on this issue and let me know how you can help me pls
it is a huge issue you guys cant just let your customer struggle like this. i have put in my hard earn money trusting amazon a reliable online shopping center. may be it is not just me how have been fooled there might me many of them who suffered or will suffer situation like this . pls look into it please
